Nichole Lovins Licensed School Counselor

Hello! My name is Nichole Lovins, and I am excited to join Carlisle Local School District as the new elementary school counselor. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Addiction Counseling and a Master’s degree in School Counseling, and this is my third year as a licensed school counselor.

Before entering the counseling field, I spent several years as a stay-at-home mom, which taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of strong relationships—skills I carry with me every day in my work with students and families. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, including Special Education, Preschool, Middle School, and High School. These experiences have helped me understand the unique needs of learners at every stage of development.

As a school counselor, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive space where students feel valued and heard. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and navigate both academic and social challenges. I also believe in strong communication and collaboration with families and staff to support the whole child.

I am thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to getting to know our students and partnering together for a wonderful school year!
